Unlike the past, these free programs, are for all intents and purposes, adequate to meet the day-to-day operational needs of the average ham. If you look at E-Ham and order the list by date, you will find that 90% of the programs listed are free or minimally priced. Free logging programs however, have pretty much taken over the market.
